Lesson Payment:

1 Hour - $40

30 Minute- $20

Lessons are to be paid on a monthly basis, in advance for 4 weeks. If a lesson is to be cancelled, notification must be given 3 days in advance and will be rescheduled. If a lesson is cancelled with no advance notice it will not be rescheduled.

Payment is accepted in Check / Cash.

Instruction:

Physical Technique

1. How to use the body correctly while singing
2. Introduction of scales and technical exercises
3. Gradual introduction of repertoire and literature

The Vocal Mechanism

1. Breathing
2. Posture
3. Diction
4. Placement of the voice

Students will be encouraged to attend any of the free faculty recitals in the area. Parents are asked to support this as it allows for excitement and enthusiasm to grow in the student when one sees live music being performed.

Students will also be encouraged to bring in music of their own choosing, yet will be required to work within assigned courses as well.
